Scripts and Transcripts Hints
& General Info

To meet the ever-changing deadlines that are a part of the film and television industry, and to allow us to provide the accommodating service for which we’re famous, we must prepare detailed timelines. Receiving your schedule as it changes helps us to do this.

Weekly updates to weekly series’ schedules is optimal. Schedules can go by email to line21@line21cc.com or by fax to 604.662.4606.

Let us know if you’re running late.
Let us know if your schedule changes.
Let us know if an avalanche traps your crew in a chalet in Whistler and shooting can’t resume until they all sleep it off.

If you encounter difficulties or setbacks, we will do everything we can to help you make your delivery requirements. But do let us know as soon as you know. That enables us to move other work forward which helps clear the time necessary to complete your job when it arrives.

Please notify us in advance if you’d like your materials (dubs or scripts) returned, otherwise, we’ll professionally and confidentially destroy them and they’ll be gone forever.

We work in either English or French, and use experienced staff with flawless spelling and grammar.

If you supply a French show, you’ll receive a French script or transcript. If you give us English, we’ll give you back English (what we’re trying to say is that we don’t translate, but we will work in the language you provide).

We speak both American and Canadian here! and will use the spelling of your choice: "neighbour" or "neighbor".

We accept cash, cheques, VISA, MasterCard, cashier’s cheques, and money orders. For clients with an account, we work on a 30-day billing period and do reserve the right to impose a 2% per month interest charge on all overdue accounts.

For clients without an account, we work on a COD basis.
