What happens after Line 21 is finished preparing the captioning file?
We send your captioning file on a disc to the encoding facility of your choice. The encoding facility runs the master tape with the captioning file to encode the captions to line 21 of the Vertical Blanking Interval (VBI) on a new captioned submaster.
